Whether it's typing on a keyboard, gripping a pen, or even holding a cup of coffee, our hands play a crucial role in everything we do. However, due to continuous use, our hands can get tired and even develop conditions such as lean fingers. Lean fingers occur when the muscles in our hands become weak, making it difficult to grip objects.
